Who may use CityXDate

Use CityXDate only if you are at least 18, meet any higher age requirement that applies where you are and can lawfully use the service. Do not register for someone else or provide false information to get around a restriction.

Take care of your account

Provide accurate account and profile information and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and the actions you take through your account. Do not share passwords, sell access to an account or impersonate another person.

If you suspect unauthorised use, stop sharing information through that account and check the Help and Contact pages for available support.

Your posts, photos and messages

Share only content you own or have permission to use. Do not publish another person’s private information or intimate images without their consent. Describe your location and intentions honestly, and select a relevant category.

You keep the rights you hold in your content. When you submit content, you permit CityXDate to store, process and display it as needed for the feature you use: public posts are publicly displayed, and messages are made available within the authorised conversation. This permission does not give other members ownership of your content.

Deleting a public post removes it from current public display on the service; it cannot retrieve copies made by other people or guarantee immediate removal from search engines.

Use the service lawfully and respectfully

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not use CityXDate for fraud, child exploitation, trafficking, coercion, harassment or other unlawful conduct. Do not attack the service, harvest personal information, bypass access controls or interfere with another person’s account.

An invitation or message does not create consent to contact, photography, a meeting or sexual activity. Respect a refusal and stop when someone withdraws consent.

Member interactions and outside services

Member content is not a CityXDate endorsement or verification of identity, age, background or intentions. Decide for yourself whether to continue a conversation or meet someone, and follow the Safety Centre guidance.

A link or payment request sent by a member is not an official CityXDate checkout. Do not assume CityXDate is a party to an arrangement you make with another member or an outside service.

Content removal and account restrictions

Posts may be hidden and accounts may be restricted when rules are broken, content is unlawful or action is needed to protect the service and its members. A restricted account may lose access to posting, discovery and messaging.

Use the reporting and contact information to describe a concern or explain a restriction you believe is mistaken. Do not create new accounts to bypass a restriction.

Availability and your rights

Features can be interrupted, changed or unavailable. CityXDate does not promise a particular number of members, replies, matches or meetings. A successful report submission does not guarantee a particular moderation outcome.

Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No arbitration clause, fixed liability limit or governing jurisdiction is specified here.
